Non-leakage rotating fluid damper

The utility relates to a non-leakage rotating fluid damper which comprises a round disk (1), a lower round disk flange (10) arranged relative to the round disk (1), a hydraulic cylinder (17) used to connect the round disk (10) and the lower round disk flange (10) in non-leakage mode, and a cylinder (19) with a round disk flange arranged on the upper end and an opening. The upper end of the cylinder (19) with the round disk flange arranged on the upper end is provided with an upper end round disk flange (32). A closed and non-leakage space is formed by the lower round disk flange (10), the round disk (1) and the hydraulic cylinder (17) and is full of damping liquid (25). The hydraulic cylinder (17) is partly located in the cylinder (19) with the round disk flange arranged on the upper end. A second permanent magnet block (16) is internally arranged in the cylinder (19) with the round disk flange arranged on the upper end. Blades inside the damper are dragged to rotate by magnetic force, and when the blades rotate, the damping liquid flows past small round through holes on the blades to cause energy consumption so that a vibration controlling effect is achieved.
