Communication method and apparatus

An embodiment of the invention provides a communication method and a device, applied in a 2-broad band time division duplex mobile communication system of a long evolution type, for solving the problems of restraining transmission efficiency of information, e.g. BCH in a subframe in prior technology and the problems of DwPTS to disturbing upward time slot. The method comprises that: a first communication device transmits wireless frames to a second communication device, wherein each half frame of the wireless frame comprises data time slot for data transmission and down special time slot for burdening synchronization information; the data time slot is shorter than the original time slot, the down special time slot is longer than the original time slot for a first time slot, at least part of which is at the front end or the rear end of the down special time slot. The embodiment of the invention reduces the disturb of DwPTS on the up time slot through reducing data time slot and/or the up special time slot, and increases the utilization of resources.
