The automobile intelligent monitoring system comprises an automobile terminal arranged inside an automobile and used for collecting automobile performance data and displaying automobile information. The automobile terminal comprises a communication responding module, an automobile type information database and an automobile diagnosis database. The automobile intelligent monitoring system further comprises a platform processing device connected with the automobile terminal through the mobile communication wireless network. The platform processing device comprises an automobile type identification scanning information base and automobile diagnosis information coding and decoding analysis. The platform processing device processes and analyzes a vehicle-mounted automatic diagnosis system interface and a chain layer information coding format of a network connection automobile type, and quickly feeds back the information to the automobile terminal to finish collection of a designated interface. The communication responding module automatically transmits information to the platform processing device or responds to order transmission information of the platform processing device. The monitoring system can conveniently acquire real-time state data, failure information and current position information of the automobile.
