Context-based LZW encoder

The context-based encoding concept is used to propose new versions of the Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW) encoder. The practical performance of these new versions is measured using the Canterbury Corpus and it is shown that this concept, if properly used, can lead to an improvement around 10%.
