Variable optical liquid crystal welding goggles

Variable optical liquid crystal welding goggles include a control module (1), an optical trigger module (2), a photosensitive module (3), a manually setting module (4), a regulator module (5) and liquid crystal lenses (6). The manually setting module (4) is used to set related parameters of the variable optical liquid crystal welding goggles. When welding, the optical trigger module (2) receives the optical signal of the welding arc and triggers the control module (1); the photosensitive module (3) is used to capture the information of intensity of welding arc and send it to the control module (1); the control module (1) sends a control signal to the regulator module (5) basing on the information of intensity of welding arc received from the photosensitive module (3) and the parameters set by the manually setting module (4); the regulator module (5) adjusts the rate of light transmission of the liquid crystal lens (6) according to the received control signal. The variable optical liquid crystal welding goggles increase operative flexibility of the welders while protecting eyes of welders.
