Panel discussion on Solar diameter variations

Observations The panel discussion had been to a large extent triggered by the CERGA astrolabe results. This is mostly due to the claim that variations have been detected with this instrument at a significant level, raising interest and stimulating discussions. A brief review of techniques was presented at the beginning of the session.
