A new approach to choosing the direction of controllers' action for the multiloop systems is presented, which is developed when we are building an intelligent program for designing multiloop systems. By using the "Action Direction Function" adn the "Principle of Equivalence", we can simplify the complexity of the prototype problem and select the accurate direction of the controllers' action. Both recursion and iteration techniques can be applied. The new design criterion is easy to be understood and applied in solving the complicated problems for the multiloop control systems.
