Effects of feeding regime on food consumption, growth rates and tissue nucleic acids in juvenile Arctic charr, Salvelinm alpinus, with particular respect to compensatory growth

Etude des effets de differents regimes sur les taux de croissance des juveniles d'ombles chevaliers.Apres une periode de jeune ou de restriction alimentaire le poisson devient hyperphagique et dans les jours qui suivent immediatement le passage de la restriction a la satiete la conversion alimentaire est amelioree.La concentration des tissus en acide nucleique est egalement influencee par la nature du regime et pourrait etre utilisee comme indicateur de l'etat nutritionnel
