Optimization Design of Lifting Mechanism at End of a Commercial Vehicle Transportation Semi-trailer

In order to improve the mechanical status of the lift mechanism of a new commercial vehicle transportation semi-trailer,enhance the reliability and kinetic stability,the mathematic model for motion and force analysis of the mechanism is built.Taking minimizing the cylinder force as a optimization target,simulation of this mechanism is carried out using ADAMS,and optimization of the model is solved by fmincon function in optimistic toolbox of MATLAB.According to the data of simulation and optimization,it was given the relation curves between the optimization object and optimization point.The optimum decision is proposed based on project.The results show that the cylinder force is down by 10% compared with the preliminary design,which can improve the reliability of the cylinder,and enhance the performance of the mechanism effectually.
