Quasi-optimum downlink power control scheme of high altitude platform W-CDMA system

The performance of a quasi-optimum distance besed dewaliak power control medel is evaluated for high altitude platform station (HAPS) W-CDMA systems using 19 calls medel. We have generalized a previous model proposed by Gejji. The dewalink capacity using our model is higher than the capacity evaluated using the old model.
