Zur Fein-, Mittel- und Grobkornklassierung auf Wurfsiebmaschinen

The results of fundamental research into the micro- and macroprocesses involved in thin- and thick-layer classification can provide reference and starting points for assessing the effectiveness of shaking screen machines and approaches in regard to their further development. The trend towards relatively high transport velocities, higher throughputs and separation efficiency in combination with the implementation of effective measures for cleaning the separation surface with removal of difficult to screen materials is reflected particularly clearly in thin-layer screening, and especially in the directly excited shaking screens incorporating different modifications as well as in those screens excited indirectly by vibration of their screen frame (so-called banana screens). Les resultats des etudes fondamentales concernant les microprocessus et les macroprocessus du classement par couches grosses et par couches fines contiennent des elements permettant une evaluation de l'efficacite et du perfectionnement des cribles de projection. La tendance vers l'obtention de vitesses de transport relativement grandes, de debits eleves et de grandes precisions de separation ainsi que vers des moyens efficaces de nettoyage des surfaces de separation de matieres difficiles peut etre observee surtout lors du criblage par couches fines, notamment en ce qui concerne les cribles de projection a excitation directe, qui font l'objet de differentes modifications, ainsi que les cribles de projection a excitation indirecte (moyennant une caisse de criblage), les soi-disant cribles banane.
