A 2.5 Gbit/s optical ATM cell synchronizer

An optical cell synchronizer has been implemented to align the phases of incoming optical ATM cells at 2.5 Gbit/s to a reference cell clock. The adjustment ranges is 1 to 511 bits with a precision of 1/4 bit, or 100 ps.
