Minimum Component Grounded Inductor Simulator employing CDDITA

In this paper a new electronically tunable inductance simulation circuit using a new generation active element, namely Current Differencing Differential Input Transconductance Amplifier (CDDITA) has been reported. The developed configuration is a minimum component realization with only two CDDITAs and a single grounded capacitance. This circuit has many other beneficial features like: 1)purely resistorless configuration, 2)use of only single grounded capacitance, 3)availability of electronic tuning of realized inductance through bias currents, 4)satisfactory non ideal performance and 5)small values of passive/active sensitivity indexes. The study of developed configuration under the influence of CDDITA terminal parasitic has been also carried out. The working of all the developed circuits has been verified by running simulation in PSPICE environment with CMOS based CDDITA.
