The Effect of Easy Perception, Perception of Benefits and Trust on the Interest of Using Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking, in simple terms, can be defined as banking activities using applications on mobile phones (cellphones). The use of mobile banking can make transactions easier for someone, so there is no need to go to the bank and queue. This provides many benefits to the general public regarding the use of mobile banking, in addition to increasing work productivity, mobile banking can also provide the best service with a very expensive technology system. This study aims to determine the convenience, benefits, and trust of a person is using mobile banking. This study using a quantitative approach using a questionnaire and analyzing the data using statistical procedures. The results show that mobile banking provides convenience, benefits, and trust in customers. That way, mobile banking services can be continuously improved to improve the quality of mobile banking.
