The authors report the case of a newborn infant with congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis and ichthyosis congenita. Congenital skin diseases have not previously been reported as occurring with the approximately 35 cases of congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis in the world literature. Most cases of congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis have been associated with congenital heart disease causing pulmonary venous obstruction; however, in the case reported herein the heart and pulmonary veins were normal.
