Simulation operation safety early warning method and system of long-distance pipeline substation

The invention relates to simulation operation safety early warning system of a long-distance pipeline substation, comprising a control system and a power supply circuit. The control system comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system, a rating result singlechip system and an operation and indication system, wherein various switches of the systems are all connected with the input end of the PLC, and the output end of the PLC is connected with four output control ports and three operation outputs; the four output control ports are respectively connected with various state indications and display controls; and the output end of the PLC is also connected with the rating result singlechip system. The power supply circuit is characterized in that the high-voltage side of a main transformer inlet wire adopts an inner bridging line, and two main transformers and two power supply inlet wires are adopted to respectively simulate two voltage classes; a high-voltage connection is divided into two sections, wherein the 1# inlet wire of the 1# main transformer is connected with an I-section PT (Potential Transformer) and a plurality of pump motors; the 2# inlet wire of the 2# main transformer is connected with an II-section PT, a standby, a station transformer and a plurality of pump motors, and the two inlet wires are contacted and connected by a bus; and single busbars are adopted for subsection connection of low-voltage power supply.
