Calculation Method about Anchor Bolt Tensile Stress of Round-chassis Bollard

An introduction has been given to the theory of calculating the anchor bolt tensile stress of round-chassis bollard and the exposed rectangular steel post. Based on the assumption of plane cross-section, the static equilibrium method has been adopted to deduce the equations for the anchor bolt tensile stress of round-chassis bollard, and the calculation steps for solving the equations by using an iterative method. The above analysis leads to a convenient and feasible way to calculate the anchor bolt tensile stress of round-chassis bollard, which will serve as a theoretical basis for the design of round-chassis bollard in future.
