The controller comprises a data acquisition module, an automatic switching control module for the transient discharge circuit, a storage battery grouping loop detection control module, a storage battery malfunction coding module, an undervoltage and under-capacitance halt setting value correcting module, a signal processing module, a storage and a halt actuator. The whole working process of the storage battery is detected on line by the online monitoring system, real-time data are acquired, the online monitoring system can judge whether the electric quantity of the storage battery is sufficient or not more really and accurately, detecting results are reliable and effective, and detecting cost is low.
