EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT PACKAGES AND ANTIOXIDANTS ON THE SKIN BROWN OF WHANGKEUMBAE

Different packages,antioxidants and antiseptics on the skin brown of Whangkeumbae at 0 ℃ temperature storage were studied in this paper.The results showed that after 210 days storage the two-doubled package had a better effect on the skin brown and the index of scald disease was 1.55 percent;Ya-li pear paper dipped in 0.2 % DPA and the treatment with 0.2 % DPA significantly decreased the scald,the index was 0.87 % and 1.59 %;the fruits were treated with the 1 % level of Chitosan and 0.000 1 % level of ICC before storage and the treatment with 2.5 % CaCl2 combined with 0.1 % TBZ had a better impact on its quantity,which index was 2.98 %,4.34 %,4.80 %,and the percent of good fruits was 91.82 %,92.26 %,90.04 %.
