A system based on parallel mechanism for measuring 3-DOF plane movement

A system based on parallel mechanism for measuring the position and orien tation of 3-DOF plane movement is presented .The explicit formulation of its position and orie ntation is elicited by mechanism kin etic analysis.The explicit formulation of the measuring errors can also be derived from its established model.An d the design parameters can be optimized o n the analysis of measuring accuracy.
