SUB-OPTIMAL OUTPUT TRACKING CONTROL DESIGN FOR UNCERTAIN T-S MODELS

Abstract This paper deals with the fuzzy tracking control design for uncertain T-S fuzzy model. An observer based control scheme is used and the controller synthesis is obtained via a quadratic criterion in order to minimize the tracking error. The main result of this work is to ensure the tracking error convergence using a set of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI). Then, using the Input to State Stability (ISS) property, one obtains a set of LMI conditions. Finally, an example illustrates the tracking performances of this approach.
