Much research has been conducted as a method for suppressing the emission of carbon dioxide which is the largest portion of greenhouse gases that cause global warming. The Oxygen combustion technology in internal and external are underway as a part of Pre-combustion (pre-combustion recovery) study. Extension, the research on the ceramic membrane with a high concentration of oxygen to obtain a low production cost has been actively conducted. Oxygen Transport membrane manufacturing technique is the most inexpensive method for producing oxygen because it can transmit and separate Oxygen with the ion-conducting ceramic material. however, pure oxygen separation membrane should have mechanically structural stability because it operates at a high temperature (800T or higher) and high pressure (10 bar or more). for this study, with a commercial finite element analysis program ANSYS 15.0, Numerical modeling and structural analysis of the unit membrane module was carried out, which derives the optimal shape of oxygen membrane unit. this research predicted the geometric shape of the stress distribution Perm layer of pure oxygen membrane module and It proposes the optimum geometric shape and area of the air channel width.
