자기부상열차용 5방향 분기기 장경간 거더 높이 변화에 따른 구조 특성 분석

The 5-way branching switch for maglev vehicle should be designed so that the car safety changes its track without touching the guiderail. And it secure structural safety regardless of surrounding environment. For the safety, girder height are important design parameters and structural characterization is essential. The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of girder according to height changes for maglev 5-way branching switch. By doing so, the girder redesign changed to 200㎜ height units and for analysis of structural characterization simulate deformation, stress natural frequency, thermal stress and thermal deformation. Through simulation we analyze safety of the influence of girder according to height changes switch. We present an optimized design of switch with improved safety.
