RELIABILITY OF POWER SUPPLY AND QUALITY OF SUPPLY VOLTAGE AS COMPONENTS OF POWER QUALITY IN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS

Two basic and very important parameters that define power quality in the electric power distribution systems: reliability of power supply and quality of supply voltage, are taken into consideration, analyzed and discussed in the paper. The definitions of basic reliability parameters, as well as some parameters of the quality of supply voltage, are given. The results of the analysis of the collected and processed data for the concrete electric distribution system are presented, analyzed and discussed. The analysis of the voltage changes (particularly voltage distortions) in the points of connections of the characteristic consumers, which can influence on the quality of the supply voltage, and et the same time are very sensitive on the quality of supply, are also analyzed and discussed.
