Performance Analysis of Hydro-mechanical Differential Turning Control System of Tracked Vehicle

The hydro-mechanical differential turning mechanism is a new type of turning mechanism of tracked vehicle which comprehensively uses the advantages of continuously variable speed control in hydraulic transmission and the high efficiency in mechanical transmission.In this paper,according to the turning character of tracked vehicle,the system and work principles of hydro-mechanical differential turning control system are analyzed,the motion model and simulation model are established for simulation analysis of its dynamic performance.The results indicate that the turning control system designed has the good stability and good dynamic performance,which can meet the needs of hydro-mechanical differential turning of tracked vehicle.
