Chromosome numbers and karyotypes are reported for seven species in three genera, of Mexican cycads. Karyotypic analysis of Cycads is made difficult by differential contraction, of their large chromosomes but idiograms are presented. Satellite variation is reported for three species of Ceratozamia. No satellites are reported for the three species of Zamia.
