Studying the effects of information exchange channels in different communication modes on trust building in computer-mediated remote collaborative design

It is well known that trust is one of the critical factors to the computer-mediated remote collaborative team performance and trust is hard to build in the certain computer-mediated remote collaborative team environment. In this project, to help with the trust building, the trust level among the computer-mediated remote collaborative design team will be tested under different communication modes (sequence mode, layer mode, and net mode) matching with different information exchange channels( text, audio, and video) to find out which collocation is best for the trust building.
