Development of 16.384 MHz Voltage Control Oven Crystal Oscillator

This paper proposes a design of 16.384 MHz voltage control oven crystal oscillator. This design can improve the linearity of the voltage control and thus satisfy the customer's requirement by rectifying nonlinearity of varactor. The stability of the temperature is enhanced by compensation of zero drift of the oven circuit, and the temperature and the frequency stability of the oscillator are heightened by improving the oven.
