Exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust manifold with same and engine

The invention discloses an exhaust manifold gasket. The exhaust manifold gasket is connected between a gas inlet joint of an exhaust manifold and a cylinder of an engine, and comprises a base sheet located between the gas inlet joint and the cylinder and a wrapping sheet arranged on the edge of the base sheet. The wrapping sheet is arranged between the exhaust manifold and a water collecting pipe of the engine. The exhaust manifold gasket comprises the base sheet and the wrapping sheet, the purpose of relieving the force between the gas inlet joint and the cylinder and guaranteeing waste gas to be sealed can be achieved by the aid of the base sheet, the wrapping sheet is used for forming a partitioning mechanism to allow the heat transmitted to the cooling water in the water collecting pipe from the exhaust manifold to be reduced, and accordingly unexpected effect on engine cooling effect by the exhaust manifold is relieved.
