Present Situation and Prospect of Application of Lidar Copter Line Cruise

In this paper,present the application of the helicopter power line inspection,analyze the shortcomings and advantages,put forward applying LIDAR for helicopter power line inspection,describe the mode of LIDAR power line inspection in Germany.At last,give a good prospect in the future.
