The paper proposes to get higher quality dynamics data of on-site crane modal test.Referring to the uncertainty of parametric identification and multi-order modal matching,the optimization objective function is obtained by applying information entropy and modal assurance criterion(MAC).The on-site test sensor placement is optimized through heuristic sequential algorithm.The validity of the algorithm is verified by adding high-order modals to the modal shape matrix.
