Efficiency Valuation Method of Command Process based on the System Time Efficacy Entropy

Abstract With the complex command environment and a great deal of uncertain factors involved in the command process, the efficiency of command process has much effect on the warfare efficiency. So, how to optimize the command process is very important in the information condition. First, this article discusses the constraint conditions and rules to confirm the command process. On the basis of the theory of entropy, the time efficacy of command flow movement in the topology structure is studied. The algorithms of the system time efficacy and feedback node degrees are given, which extend the theory study and application domain of command process. Then, the topology structure of command process is simulated by the Petri nets theory under the ExSpect software that can provide quantity, visualization, and friendship circumstance for the further studies of command process optimization. The conclusion of this article also provides the quantitative valuation and simulation of command process with new method.
