The embodiment of the invention discloses an exhibition hall navigation method and a mobile terminal. The navigation method includes: letting the mobile terminal acquire the number of visitors at the first exhibition hall of a museum; according to the mapping relation between the number interval to which the number of visitors belongs and a navigation strategy, and the acquired number of visitors, determining the navigation strategy corresponding to the number of visitors; and determining a navigation route according to the navigation strategy, and performing navigation according to the navigation route. The embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improvement of the intelligence and user experience of indoor navigation application.
