Novel CFAR detection

A novel constant false alarm rate (CFAR) named AND-CA-OS-CFAR under the Swerling 2 assumption has been analysed and compared with traditional cell averaging (CA) and order static (OS) CFARs. This analysis shows that the AND-CA-OSCFAR detector has the best detection performance.
