The invention relates to a desulfurization purifying method and equipment for high-concentration SO2 sintering flue gas. By adopting a mode of connecting two towers in series for two-level desulfurization, the flow of the desulfurization process is from the sintering flue gas to an electrostatic dust collector, a main exhaust fan, a desulfurization tower I, a heat exchanger, a desulfurization tower II, a pulse bag-type dust collector, a pressurizing fan and a chimney to a discharge operation, wherein two rotary spin-drying desulfurization towers are arranged behind the sintering main exhaust fan; after two-level desulfurization, the high-concentration SO2 flue gas is treated by the bag-type dust collector and the pressurizing fan to reach the standard for discharge. By adopting the process of connecting two towers in series for two-level desulfurization, the method and equipment provided by the invention solve the problem in desulfurization of the high-concentration SO2 sintering flue gas and have the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency of the conventional rotary spray-drying desulfurization process, automatic adjustment of slurry amount, low water consumption, low operation resistance, convenience in operation and maintenance, strong adaptability to the sintering conditions, low requirement for the quality of a desulfurizing agent, comprehensive utilization of byproducts and the like.
