Quantification of Relationships between evaluation targets and adjectives through fuzzy correspondence analysis and OWA operator

In this paper, fuzzy correspondence analysis which deals with the fluctuation on subjective evaluation and can identify the relationships between evaluation targets and evaluation items. A similarity measure which treats the fluctuation is also proposed. The determined similarity between the evaluation targets and items is utilized to give recommendation samples with order when customers give the preferences using plural adjectives. OWA operator is also employed to integrate the given preferences by the adjectives. This paper analyzes a subjective evaluation data regarding to Traditional Craft of Japan which have the original, unique characteristics.
