Research On Performance Testing For Urban Scenario Based On Terminal Equipment Of LTE-V2X Vehicle Network

Vehicle network is the practical application of the Internet of Things in the field of transportation, and has broad development prospects in alleviating traffic congestion, reducing traffic accidents, saving energy and protecting environment. As a typical communication technology for the vehicle network, the standard system of LTE-V2X was formulated in 2007, but there was no technical requirements and methods for testing in the actual urban scenario. It is one of the issues which need to be solved that to develop the performance testing standards for urban scenario of LTE-V2X terminal equipment. In this paper, the technical requirements, scenarios and test methods of urban scenario of the LTE-V2X terminal equipment are obtained. It also proposes statistical method, route plan of safety traffic and method of scenario judgment. This research results fill the gap of LTE-V2X terminal equipment testing.
