The Precision of RGB Color Space Convert to YCbCr Color Space

A video system always converts digital RGB video signal to digital YCbCr video signal to improve the video process efficiency.Because of the precision of the registers in the video process chip,the RGB three colors may crosstalk.To improve the three colors crosstalk,We have to use at least 7 bits in register to contain the decimal fraction of the color conversion matrix.To eliminate the three colors crosstalk,We have to use at least 9 bits in register to contain the decimal fraction of the color conversion matrix.
