WYSIWYS? - What you see is what you sign?

Abstract The following describes some of the fundamental problems to consider in order to secure a Work Station for use in Electronic Commerce (EC). In particular, it gives a high level presentation of the principles developed jointly in the largest Pan-European project on EC, SEMPER. However, as software protection always will remain art and not exact science, we refrain from revealing the exact nature of the technical details in order not to give any potential attacker too many clues.
