Receive Beamformer Design for MMSE Multiuser Tomlinson-Harashima Precoding

This letter presents a method to design receive beamformer for multiuser Tomlinson-Harashima precoding systems, where users have multiple receive antennas. The design is based on the Cholesky decomposition with minimum mean-squared error criterion where the beamformers are generated successively. The proposed method provides comparable bit-error rate performance with that of iterative algorithms, while the complexity is significantly reduced.
