Performance appraisal in enterprise management role

The world today is undergoing a period of fierce competition,the competition,the most fundamental is the talent's competition.The war for talent,talent training,performance appraisal has become various types of enterprises and social organizations always focus.Performance appraisal is the talent management in the most basic,most important one annulus,performance appraisal is scientific and reasonable,will cause the examination provided by the evaluation basis is correct,which is directly related to the assessment can be found and recognized talent,so as to improve enterprise performance and employee performance appears to be an important tool for more and more important.The purpose of this paper is mainly to discuss the performance appraisal in the action in manpower resource management,the performance appraisal theory briefly,then analysis the performance appraisal in enterprise management in the important role,then in view of the present our country enterprise performance appraisal of the problems,put forward corresponding methods are discussed.
