High-efficient manchester coding for beacon-to-CMOS camera in visible light communications

Visible Light Communications (VLC) use LEDbase lighting as transmitters. This is a typical use case in current VLC lighting systems. The lighting becomes a beacon to transmit its coordinates and other kind of information at low-transmission rates, typically 1 kbps. This can easily permit the smartphone's camera to get and decode the message. Transmitting information by light can decrease the luminous emittance because of off-state used to transmit logic zeros. Here, we have modified the transmission code to increase lighting efficiency while continue to use light in transmissions.
