The Simulation and Design of the Intelligent Fuzzy Control System of Resistance Stove

This paper considers resistance stove as the modeling object,the temperature object is analyzed by using the principium method and the model of the resistance stove is set up.Since the characteristics of time-delay,nonlinear and uncertain model structure,a fuzzy self-tuning PID control is presented in this paper.And the simulation model of resistance stove is established by using SIMULINK in Matlab,the method of conventional PID,fuzzy control and the fuzzy self-turning control are respectively applied to control the simulation model.The approach shows the characteristics of outstanding adaptability,satisfactory controlling accuracy and good dynamic performance by simulation results.
