The Occurrence of P 3-like Potential in Various Types of Clenching Tasks

ヒト脳において, 4種類の噛みしめ動作 (transient, sustaining, step-down, step-up tasks) に対する事象関連電位の発生様式を調べた。各動作は, それぞれの音刺激シーケンスにて誘導実行された。記録は, 通常の皿電極にて頭蓋表面4カ所 (Fpz, Fz, Cz, Pz) より導出され, 15回分が加算平均された。結果は, 各噛みしめ動作に対して約300msec後に前頭部優位に, いわゆるP3 (00) 様の陽性電位が誘発された。概略的には, このP3様電位は閉口筋の完全弛緩に対してのみ発生し, 不完全な弛緩に対しては発生しなかった。
