Realization of an electronically controlled thermal resistance

The paper presents an electrical circuit model of a Peltier cell. With the help of this model the possibility of realizing an electrically controlled thermal resistance is presented. The idea is realized in the form of a constant thermal resistance provider mount. Measured results prove the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the idea.
