On-chip trimming circuit based on embedded one-time-programming memory for magnetic wireless interlayer transmission module

A magnetic transmission interface module composed of a high-sensitivity sensor stacked on top of a micro-coil is proposed as a contactless connection method for the three-dimensional integrated circuit. The magnetic sensor responds to the localised magnetic field generated by the signal transmitter, a micro-coil. To address the variation in response of the corresponding magnetic sensors, two on-chip trimming circuits incorporating an embedded one-time-programming memory are implemented and successfully demonstrated.
