The invention relates to a window door for a clean room. The window door comprises a storage plate, a door frame, a door sheet, a door sheet inner frame and a door sheet edge sealing frame connected with the door sheet inner frame. The storage plate is connected with the door frame. The door frame is hinged to the door sheet edge sealing frame. A protruding part is arranged on the side, facing the door sheet edge sealing frame, of the door frame. A clamping groove is formed in the protruding part, and a first sealing strip is embedded in the clamping groove. A recessed part is formed in the side, facing the protruding part, of the door sheet edge sealing frame, and the first sealing strip makes sealing contact with the recessed part. A double-layer window is mounted on the door sheet and comprises an inner window frame and two pieces of glass mounted on the two sides of the inner window frame, and the two pieces of glass are in sealing connection with the door sheet. The window door is convenient to install; by mounting the double-layer window on the door sheet, the number of door windows is reduced, and the sealing performance between the storage plate and the door frame, between the door frame and the door sheet edge sealing frame, between the door sheet edge sealing frame and the door sheet and between the door sheet and the double-layer window is good; the whole clean room is good in isolation, outdoor dust or impurities are prevented from entering the room, and the cleanliness of the clean room is improved.
