Streßverarbeitung bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mit atopischen Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung. Fruhere Studien legen nahe, das chronisch kranke Kinder und Jugendliche mehr Belastungssituationen bewaltigen mussen als gesunde Gleichaltrige. Weiterhin wurde gezeigt, das chronisch kranke Kinder und Jugendliche eher dazu tendieren, internalisierende Verhaltensstorungen zu entwickeln als Gesunde. Allerdings liegen Studien zur Stresverarbeitung chronisch kranker Kinder und Jugendlicher kaum vor. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde die Stressverarbeitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit atopischen Erkrankungen (atopischer Dermatitis; AD; und Asthma) im Alter zwischen acht und 14 Jahren untersucht. 59 Patienten mit AD und 56 Patienten mit Asthma bearbeiteten den Stressverarbeitungsfragebogen fur Kinder und Jugendliche (SVF-KJ; Hampel, Petermann & Dickow, 2001) und wurden der Norm von 1 123 gesunden Kindern und Jugendlichen gegenubergestellt. Zufriedenstellende interne Konsistenzen und die faktorielle Validitat des SVF-KJ konnten fur die klinische Stichprobe bestatigt werden. Die Stresverarbeit...
