THE REPORT IS IN THREE PARTS: PART 1 DEALS WITH THE SOCIAL ASPECTS OF ROAD NETWORK USERS (PROFESSIONAL AND NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS). PART 2 CONSIDERS THE TWO GROUPS DEALING WITH THE OPERATION OF THE ROAD NETWORK: THE POLICE AND HIGHWAY ENGINEERS. PART 3 ANALYZES THE POINT OF VIEW OF CAR MANUFACTURERS AND THAT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PUBLICITY.
