Research on Muffler Device Design of Chief Ventilators in Mine

Because of the high thickness of bug dust and high humidity in the air draft alleyway of axial flow ventilators,the former muffler used by Mine JingGezhuang is jammed.The paper chooses the appropriate muffler,and experiments with the capability of sound absorption material,and designs the dustproof project.Finally,a new muffler device is designed to conquer the high thickness of bug dust and high humidity.The new muffler device has simple structure,it has lesser effect on the resistance loss of chief ventilations and has obvious effect on noise reducer.It is well dustproof and moistureproof,it can be broadly used in noise reducer of chief ventilations in mine.
